EL CIVICS: RESEARCH EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
The EL Civics topic for this semester is "Research Educational Resources." We will practice finding information about resources using education as an example.
There will be two tests:
1. Use a printed schedule (on paper) to find information and answer questions about classes.
Someone will ask you eight (8) questions about classes at San Diego Continuing Education, and you will use the paper schedule of classes (Spring 2016) to get information and answer.
2. Write one to three paragraphs about a goal and information about a class or educational program that can help you reach that goal.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For students who have requested to receive a Level 5 Course Completion Certificate, there will be a THIRD test:
3. Do an oral presentation about the topic in #2.
